For Fans of World Music....this is Omega!

Good afternoon, all. I just came across this outstanding world music artist hailing from the country of Uganda. Her name is Omega Bugembe Okello, and she just released a new CD called Kiwomera Emmeeme. She wrote around 8 of the songs herself, and sings most of them in her native language of Luganda, but there are a couple of songs in English. She was part of the African Children's Choir when she was younger, and that has helped shape her style today. If you like world music with a touch of gospel, jazz & R&B, check this CD out.
